Feeling overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to? Schedule a session with me and let's work through life's challenges together, side by side. Sessions may take place virtually or in the comfort of your home.
$100 for 50 minutes
These sessions are all about your child — their voice, their pace, and their goals. In a one-to-one session, I create a safe, supportive space where children and youth (ages 4–18) can explore thoughts, feelings, and challenges they may be facing at school, at home, or within themselves.
Depending on the age and needs of your child, sessions may include play-based activities, creative expression, conversation, or skill-building tools. Whether we’re working through anxiety, building confidence, improving communication, or just needing someone to talk to, these sessions are a chance for your child to feel heard, empowered, and supported.

Sibling relationships can be full of love, laughter... and sometimes a little (or a lot of) tension! Sibling sessions are designed to help brothers and sisters connect, communicate, and collaborate in healthier ways.
In these sessions, we explore family dynamics, emotional regulation, and teamwork through fun activities, games, and guided conversations. It’s a great way to support stronger bonds, reduce conflict, and build skills that last a lifetime — all while keeping it positive and engaging.

You know your child best — and your support is key. Parent sessions are a space just for you. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, looking to better understand your child’s behavior, or want tools to support their emotional development, we work together to find strategies that align with your family values and goals.
These sessions may be held regularly or as needed, and they’re always collaborative, judgment-free, and focused on empowering you as a caregiver. Because when caregivers feel confident and connected, kids thrive.
